Here's some tips(shhh don't tell Z1 you can recycle water into ice). 1.) The wall doesn't collapse until around tree stage. 2.) You can go around without going through that shortcut. 3.) It takes T2 drills to mine super alloy, osmium and a couple of other things. 4.) Until you can get T2 ore extractor you want to set up a super alloy crafting station with about 5 T1 ore extractors to maximize speed. You will also probably need a shredder to get rid of excess materials basically anything that doesn't fit into the 6 big chest 1 for each ore. 5.) Explore the wreck sites for blue chips and potentially a lot of rocket engines(in one of my episodes I ended up with over 10 rockets engines). 6.) There's aluminum at sulfur, the super alloy maze, iridium cave, the plains(or whatever the are called). 7.) Using rockets to call down uranium and iridium is one of the best way to farm those resources at the same time helping boost your multipliers for terra forming.
I actually had tried to set up the ore miners in the super alloy, uranium and osmium caves but when they didn't show the icon I figured it was T2 (HOPED would be a better word lol). I didn't actually think to scrap the engines, figured I'd just have them ready for whenever I did the rockets. At the moment I'm running around trying to find more osmium, as I haven't made any of the labs yet and I THINK I've already collect most (if not all) the starting osmium. Still the youtube blindness is so cringeworthy at times lol. Wonder how long it will take Z to notice he mentioned waiting for the T5 backpack when he still only has the T3 and needs to craft the T4 in the super crafter thingy, lol.
You can make ice by recycling watter bottles. So you cannot really ever run out. Also the new ice biome will still have ice in the caves even very late game.
Hey Z1 u should collect all the resources where ur life pod is and build a massive platform to put storage lockers on to put everything in that way u dont have to constantly go out and look for stuff
YAY!! I'm so ready for more episodes of planet crafter!!! But we need longer episodes! Make them around 40mins each please Z, or even an hour!!! ☺️ 🔥🔥🔥
fun fact depending on which stage of terraformation your in plays a role as to what type of items you'll get from the various loot creates around the world. however to my knowledge the items in loot creates don't respawn over time that I've noticed.
iron, cobalt, titanium, silicon, magnesium, aluminum, sulfur and iridium ore all take ore extractor rank 1 or higher. while uranium ore, super ally ore, osmium ore, zeolite and obsidian all take ore extractor rank 2 or higher. however to maximize efficiently you'll want to place ore extractors at areas with higher concentration of the desired material in question. over time you'll unlock a rocket with blueprint microchips that shows points of interest on the map which helps with this and other things.
There is more aluminum in the iridium cave, labyrinth, and sulfur fields that can be gathered quickly. Edit - seems you just found the ones in the sulfur fields and iridium caves, ha ha. The gold chest near the super alloy cave is actually on the other side of the big door, hidden far into hat secret area. Also, you need T2 Ore Extractor to mine osmium, zeolite and super alloy.
early game you can get a decent amount various resources from crash sites, chests and general exploration. also if you go the long way around your able to travel almost the whole map early game.
One way to save storage is to craft 2 cobalt into 1 oxygen tank and store that. You save half your storage. When you need cobalt, recycle a tank. You save 9 to 1 with iridium rods vs iridium.
above the sand falls to the left is a triangular entrance to zeo cave which you can reach meteor through there , or go long way through the dark area and waterfall
If you go to the crater there are a lot of iridium rods down at the bottom sticking out of the meteor impact. I think you can get 6 of them maybe more.
That gap in the pass won't appear for a while as it is broken up by large trees growing up through it. And you need the T2 ore extractor to mine superalloy.
13:00 the collision on that shortcut is glitchy when its "closed", ive flown thru it with my jetpack several times, before i even knew it was an intended shortcut
the opening in the wall between the default starting zone and the giant waterfall doesn't start to open until your roughly mid game into the trees stage.
Not entierly sure why he wanted to go all that way for Super Alloy. U can easily find plenty ontop of the narrow ridges behind the 2nd closest wreck. Its easier to get up there if u have the jetpack but even if u dont u can walk into the narrow mountain paths just behind the wreck and when u get to the center there is another wreck and u can get up onto the ridges and there are plenty of Super Alloys spread out on those upper narrow paths.

lead with spoiler alert lol!! i regret reading !!
Build your launch platform, remember the rockets can add to pressure, heat and oxygen...to start.
Multiply, not just add. It's super important to launch at least 1 rocket to 10x your progress, then launch one rocket for every machine you build.
he's doing the series again, he had like 10 tril terraformation index, he knows what he's doing
@@LorondGamingHe seems to have forgot. He's at a crawl right now because he forgot about the rockets

Those regular resource meteor storms usually always have at least 2 aluminium come with them. Worth hunting for early game.

I second this motion. 20 minutes always feels like just getting warmed up for the day
Sadly those ones don’t usually do as well. 20-30 min episodes do the best for the channel.

Ooo, the fake rock wall is new to me. Exciting!

you do know there is still ice in the game after the terra forming is complete in the ZEOLITE CAVE!!!

fun fact you can get free storage chests early game when you pass out that hold more items than the basic 1 does.
There is aluminum in the iridium cave as well as the sulfur field through the cave if the ice has melted. you can go around if the ice is still there.
you can recycle water bottles into ice and oxygen capsules into cobalt.
Aluminum is in the sulfer fields and in the maze, if you needed more before you gor your ore extracter.
That gap in the pass won't appear for a while as it is broken up by large trees growing up through it. And you need the T2 ore extractor to mine superalloy.
There are caves that have ice in them. Ex Zeolite, new rainbow caves area and some still might be where Irdium is
Just take those solar panels down for aluminum and take down the wind turbines and build lockers
I love planet crafter
Great series.
GET A FLASHLIGHT! PLEASE?!
13:00 the collision on that shortcut is glitchy when its "closed", ive flown thru it with my jetpack several times, before i even knew it was an intended shortcut
As much as I love these episodes, I do have one complaint...They're not long enough 😂. Looking forward to the next.
theres at least a locker full of iri rods on meteor itself
the big maze next to base where you can find supper alloy there is alloy as well on the ground level
Make a new base with the 3x3 room when u unlock it... u can get that from the trade rockets
You need to launch rockets to get your TI moving up faster. Rockets and more rockets, its rocket science!
the opening in the wall between the default starting zone and the giant waterfall doesn't start to open until your roughly mid game into the trees stage.
Jetpack for the save & the win... 🤔
Don’t forget the golden chest by that rock wall pathway.
TY I could not find that damm spot to save my life!
There are actually a place where you can get ice later in the game 👏🏻👏🏻🥳
you need a T2 ore collector for super alloy
You still haven’t crafted the better O2 tank and backpack in the advanced crafter.
You can get aluminum on the ground in the big iridium cave
ICE! You can recycle water into ice with the recycler.
gold chest is under the rocks on the way to the Aluminum feild
go to the meteor before the dust goes away , theres iri rods as well as iri plus sa al over and around the meteor

i have been playing along withthe episodes . sometimes i forget there are edits and i am like how he run so fast or how does he fly so fast
Yo your best player at this game
26:48 nope super is T2 lol
There is a golden chest in the iridium cave.
You cannot mine the super alloy with a T1 ore extractor. You need at least T2...
Dont wanna spoil but go the snowy looking area its filled to the brim with aluminum
sa is tier 2 miner and gold is behind door
so with drills you still need to walk all the way over there to empty it ? wow . Thought you could place a drill outside your base
Why not install a mod so that items stack ?
psst if you need ice you can deconstruct water sound weird but it works
Nothing special happens with that wall. It just slowly deteriorates over time. It fully disappears after the tree stage.
i litterarly come from your last episode of planet crafter😂
That's normal
Water collectors tilted.... pulling my OCD hair out....
Lol
Can you replay voidtrain there's been 3 new updates maybye 2
send rocets to orpet for Oxygen
Dude, always empty the auto miner. Don't just take immediate needs, or the inventory gets choked out with normal stuff.
You can deconstruct water bottles to get ice.
