The Tall Ships Parade, Falmouth, Cornwall 2014

The tall ships starting from Falmouth Harbour was an extraoredinary event. It was the first time I've seen so many amazing quite beautiful ships sailing along the sea coast accompanied by numerous smaller sailboats and motorboats. Fortunately it was a very sunny clear day and the sea was sparkling. I had only a small video camera but I was not used to making videos and as an amateur I can see how much I moved the camera too quickly and had a lot of camera shake. Since then I think l've learned more about doing videos. Cosidering the state of the world now it's quite refreshing to see so many people enjoying themselves and not social distancing. Things were different!! It's now 2020 and it's been 6 years since the race. However in August 2021 there is planned another tall ships parade in Falmouth which will be quite exciting! and hopefully I will be there. And maybe it will be another beautiful sunny day!! !
