I think Ryujo is a powerhouse due to the tier it plays in - just like Hosho was before they changed the manual attacks rules. My highest damage in it is ~211 k in a game where i didn't even focused on the BBs. The thing is that at tier 6 the AA is still not that big of an issue and if your enemy CV fails in shutting you down you can really be a game changer. I had the pleasure to play (and lose) against farazelleth - me in the Ryujo and him in Kaga, I even tried to snipe him :) but half of his health was not enough. This is definitely my favorite ship right now and i can't wait for your video on my second fav - Taiho :). gg
Do you have like some sort of a power? Because I played a ranked battle against you and my team won, but somehow in the end of the match my game crashed and I didn't get the star. Concidence... right... xD
I just got Ryujo stock 2 days ago.I fought against 3/1/1 Ryujo and lose every matches. How should I do when my opponent is 3/1/1 Ryujo? // I also was thrown into tier 8 bracket against 3/1/1 Ryujo too.
If u are 1/2/2 and enemy is 3/1/1 use ALT attack to drop the bombs on your Dive Bombers to make them faster. Now scout with your faster DBs to help your team, spot DDs, torps etc. Use the DBs to lure enemy fighters to the edge of the map or just away from a target you want to bomb with your torpedo bombers. A mixture of your 1 fighter and 2 scout/bait DBs might be enough to create an opening to attack. As for Tier 8 ships, learn which have the lowest/highest AA and attack/avoid accordingly. When you get uptiered into T8 games, patience will give you results late game. Don't feel like you have to do something immediately, play patiently and make sure you have planes for the late-game when there are fewer ships who may also have low health busted AA due to HE spam.
I've tried out enterprise and got to rank 9 with her but now that all DDs aren't autistic I have found shokaku is a lot better to guarantee that important first drop. Also, enterprise has no DoT and the fighters are a bit anemic and imo not worth the larger hangar. This is my first ranked since I started playing CV so I have no clue about high rank meta. If you're going to use enterprise in the high ranks, why?

Mods usually do this. He's probably using Zeiss air mod, which you can find in Aslain's mod pack
