Big mistake, going into that interview room without a solicitor! If you can't identify a solicitor, one can be arranged for you. Their costs will be paid through public funds, so you will be represented free of charge. The solicitor will always be independent of the police.
ABSOLUTELY! Fucking #CLUELESS!!!! his ol' girl was no 'rocket scientist' either. she was his 'Appropriate adult' and she didn't even KNOW WHAT THAT WAS!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Why isn't this in black and white for authenticity, like the good old days when you could flag a beat officer off the street, come rain or shine. The kid's far too polite too.
Can you explain to me, what is an involuntary interview? Will i be arrested when i arrive at the police station? The police have not arrested me, they put a card through my front door and asked if i can book an appointment with them. Will i be arrested and taken to court ? Is there significant evidence that points at me?
I have been too police stations so many times in the past and they really do make sure you well looked after you get hot microwave meals and you can get a blanket with the food and a cup of tea it makes it more comfortable when eating knowing you have got a blanket and food and they come around every hour too do the checks and there have on site nuses so your in good hands then probably released the next following morning if its not too serious

Last time I was in I was held for 20 hours whilst waiting for a charge or release from the CPS. Was so long that I had to speak to a high ranking member of the force on the phone. After everything I was then released pending further investigation. Was fuming. I did get later charged and given a suspended sentence and community order.
So where did the black battery go? The lad in the striped top had it when he was running down the alleyway, yet when the policeman walked him back, no sign of the battery.😮

Its pretty easy going in a police station just get on with it then get your head down for much as you can then just see what happens in the morning and getting released or kept in
Extremely efficient service from Yorkshire Police. Wish they were this efficient locally in my constabulary. Also I'm amazed how professional the British police are trained act towards a criminal that's vey obviously in the wrong. American police wouldn't keep their cool nearly as much.

It’s interesting to learn more about the arrest process. Especially so as to not oneself become the subject of an arrest situation.
