Its pretty easy going in a police station just get on with it then get your head down for much as you can then just see what happens in the morning and getting released or kept in

I have been too police stations so many times in the past and they really do make sure you well looked after you get hot microwave meals and you can get a blanket with the food and a cup of tea it makes it more comfortable when eating knowing you have got a blanket and food and they come around every hour too do the checks and there have on site nuses so your in good hands then probably released the next following morning if its not too serious

in my opinion problem about the uk legal system is that it has corrupted itself which was only a matter of time....David Blunketts law has around two thousand prisoners in prison for small crimes like stealing mobile phones and leaving them there with no exit date...of course they will go insane in their brains but nobody cares...and the scandals like the post office scandal and the blood scandal where all handled badly to say the least........in my opinion the entire system is going to implode with its corruption....laugh out loud that the prisons are now full in the UK and they can no longer put the right people behind bars...now solicitors and barristers will be out of pocket due to no convictions....feeling so sorry for them :)....you could not write it

Can you explain to me, what is an involuntary interview? Will i be arrested when i arrive at the police station? The police have not arrested me, they put a card through my front door and asked if i can book an appointment with them. Will i be arrested and taken to court ? Is there significant evidence that points at me?

Total sham of a video... It ain't nothing like this!! There are a few decent cops but the ego fueled bad ones seem to be the majority... Unless that is, you are a regular and they know you! Then they you treat you like a buddy n joke around with you.... If youre a one off offender you definitely get treated worse... So fkd up!

So where did the black battery go? The lad in the striped top had it when he was running down the alleyway, yet when the policeman walked him back, no sign of the battery.😮

My current to date interactions with Durham and Yorkshire police force's I have received nothing but lies and no help as a victim DO NOT TRUST THEM I also being accused they slipped up as I was not in the country at the time of the offence currently their right to my property without a warrant is not allowed and they will be liable for criminal trespass

Big mistake, going into that interview room without a solicitor! If you can't identify a solicitor, one can be arranged for you. Their costs will be paid through public funds, so you will be represented free of charge. The solicitor will always be independent of the police.

Extremely efficient service from Yorkshire Police. Wish they were this efficient locally in my constabulary. Also I'm amazed how professional the British police are trained act towards a criminal that's vey obviously in the wrong. American police wouldn't keep their cool nearly as much.

Gosh ' police cells are like 4 star hotels now' even the coppers are more lienient' I once spent a night in a cell for underage drinking at 15' recall the police officers were pretty aggressive and intimidating' although could have been rough banter' back then they wern't averse to giving you a slap if you gave them any lip 'recall the cell was pretty dingy and stunk of piss' spent a very uncomfortable night' a lesson well learned' 1982 this was.

@@paulfrost8895 Jesus lad I spent a night in for allegedly robbing from a sports shop. Basically the manager hated me and got me arrested even tho I didn’t do anything. He even said he had cctv of me and when I Asked to see it he didn’t let me and just said he doesn’t have to show me. Which may be correct but still you could tell he was bullshitting. Anyways I spent about 7 hours in a little cell and I agree the gards(Irish police) were quiet aggressive and very blunt when I was asking for things. Definitely abuse power and try to intimidate young people
