Sometime in early April of 2017, my Pop was sick and in a lot of pain. My Nonnie called and asked me to try singing to him. He relaxed enough to fall asleep after I sang How Great Thou Art 3 times at his request. It became a special song for us. On June 10, 2018, I sang How Great Thou Art to him over the phone as he was ushered into the presence of our Lord and Savior and reunited with his bride. He took his last breath as I sang the verse "When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation and take me home what joy shall fill my heart. Then, I shall bow in humble adoration and there proclaim "My God How Great Thou Art!" This will always be such a special song for my family but even more so now imagining my Pop entering Heaven while this verse was sung. Thank you, Anthem Lights!

My father passed away May 11th. We were not able to have a funeral service for him, because of COVID. We are finally able to have a small church service in celebration of his life on Sept 19th. My Mom, my 3 siblings, his grandchildren and spouses, will be singing along with this medley, at the conclusion of the mass. Im hoping we are able to harmonize with you. I'm still listening to this song and watching this video, seven months after my son passed away. It so much reminds me of the days that I sang this to him when he was a young boy, and of the day that he passed from this earth into the arms of our Lord. This is my favorite spiritual song and this is by far the best version that I have ever heard. These talented young men have brought me so much comfort with their music and video during the last seven months. God bless them.

Why does a God of such greatness love a sinner of such worthlessness? I can not understand, fathom, or comprehend it, but yet, I drop to my knees in humbleness.
My son has shown how important it is to have God in my life, and to truly trust and believe in Jesus. Since that I have truly enjoyed the religious music on u tube. It seems to lift me up, and make me feel better. Thanks Keith ( my son)

I'm still listening to this song and watching this video, seven months after my son passed away. It so much reminds me of the days that I sang this to him when he was a young boy, and of the day that he passed from this earth into the arms of our Lord. This is my favorite spiritual song and this is by far the best version that I have ever heard. These talented young men have brought me so much comfort with their music and video during the last seven months. God bless them.
