13:40 - are you suggesting CDN as a intermediary between the actual backend & the app? when there is a update in the CDN version, we pull the data (which of course reduces the number of requests to the actual backend otherwise) - is this the only reason you are suggesting CDN?
I am a victim of layoff twice not just once, company hires for role and suddenly project shutdown and then they don't keep you on bench more than month, Every service base company hires you after taking 3-4 rounds of interviews and then again interview after onboarding to a company for the client round, not sure why for every project after hiring need to cleat client round

Will HR ask Technical questions? like App performance, and threads. I assuming Hiring Manager is HR Round
No, Hiring Manager round is not HR round. Generally engineering manager (or equivalent) participates in it. It is more of a techno managerial round.
