Remember your health problems might have happened with any other airline. It's just jet lag. I agree AI needs to improve by a lot. People should do constructive reviews and blame the Indian Government too.
indian govt ran it down to ground wait 3 to 5 yrs ,such huge changes does not happen overnight i travelled by different airlines all has flaws for some reason indians complaint little more especially where name india is involved , my kid and wife travelled in air india from Newark to Delhi was awesome experience and very very helpful staff

Next time travel in Qatar airlines. Last time I traveled in Air India in 1995. Air India lost my suitcases.

She is complaining about baby in a way like AirIndia places baby on every flight of theirs.
Instead of this, she travelled back via AirIndia only.
She is traveling with grown up kids and thats why doesnt understand the pain of baby parents.
I request her to travel in business suite of A380 Emirates next time.

I don't know despite of bitter experience why you have to take Air India again and again. Air India flights are not cheap either. Infact most of the times you will get better price in Emirates, kuwait , Qatar airlines than Air India. I had a great experience with Qatar airways last November to India.

hahahaaa,, maine 6 month pehle travel kiya tha Newark se Mumbai,, lol,, sabhi seat Tape lagi thi Remote toote huwe, aur sir 1/2 hours ke baad pure plane me sabhi TV / Monitor syste, badh hogaya,, lol,,,,, Honestly Khana acha tha,, staff acha tha,, Plane ,,,lol ,, anyway,, jo Pay karo ge wo Hi milega.. AirIndia liya hai to,,,,,,,,,,aur surpice Mai next week fir se jaa raha hu aur wo bhi AirIndia se,,,,lol (direct filight ki wajah se,,, )

it is Time for N.R.I. to stop complaint against Air India.They must have a sense of Patriotism left in them.O k after boarding they will encounter Indian Roads and Indian Railways also.These videous they put it shows themselves in Poor taste which the resident Indians don't like.After all they started their life journey from India only.

I experience flying Air India has deteriorated so much since the TATA takeover that I am also not flying Air India again at least not until for the next 5 years at least.....Tata being a private owner has dug AI to the ground. They are not spending a single dollar to fix the terribly broken flights between the US and India even after 2 years of takeover. They are shamelessly waiting for the new plans to arrive until late 2024. In the meantime they are exposing travelers to broken seats, no in flight entertainment, and horrible food service year after year. This is the worst strategy ever. All these people that are giving benefit to Tata saying it will take time are all domestic flyers. Flying 16 hours in a broken and dilapidated plane since the last 2+ years and continuing to do so until late 2024 is simply pathetic and unacceptable. At least under the Indian Government they were spending some money on fixing broken plans and doing some repairs.. Under Tata they are so cheap that seats that are completely broken are falling apart are also not being fixed. Shame on Air India and Tata sons.
