how long can it take to fully heal harmstring injury? I've been doing isometric and eccentric exercises for three months now and there hasn't been much progress so far
3 months is a lot! According to this video ruclips.net/video/7D50I7sdlXg/видео.html&ab_channel=E3Rehab you should feel a drastic improvement after *6 weeks* or less. Better go to a physiotherapist and/or find out what went wrong in your rehab routine. Rehab depends critically on *good warmup* and the *right intensity* , frequency and volume. Too little warmup can throw you back weeks. Too much work at too high intensity can also lead to stagnating progress or even further injury
R.e increased force output post injury 90/90 vs NHECould muscle length tension relationship explain difference? NHE is dynamic and mm length changes during activityHow do we know the injured bicep fem is activating more?
Use EMG to measure activity? But EMG only shows level of excitation, doesn't predict muscle/strength growth. Usually the weakest (injured) muscle gets fatigue first in an exercise, it will grow due to the metabolic stress/mechanical tension.
I know Im asking randomly but does someone know of a way to get back into an instagram account?? I somehow lost the login password. I would love any assistance you can give me!
@Xander Alaric thanks so much for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process now. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.

Are you fully recovered now? I’ve been dealing with the same hamstring injury for the past year.
it turned out that the pain in the harmstring thigh was caused by sciatica. I healed, I went back to running 💪
