My man, OUTSTANDING job on this! It was an honor to be a part of it! But y'all did the real work - not just with the outstanding builds, but the animation, sound design, and overall vibe of the whole thing! I'm glad to be subscribed to you now - you do fantastic work!
HECK YEAH! Hot Fire Truck! Sand in the envelope! : ) I like the scratches that you added to the truck body. Flame thrower vent holes = NICE! Haha, don't shoot the red barrels... everyone knows that! I love the Hair Juice technique. Super rad. I have to try that, it looks awesome. Thanks so much for the amazing shout-out. You ROCKED it brother! Shadow and highlights on the rust spots!!!! Brilliant. That's a keeper! Beautiful build my man! Good luck in the race! : )
good way to dose superglue are syringe needles and they fit most glue nozzles. Best thing about it, when it clogs, just a bit of heat from a lighter and the needle unclogs. Just don't point it at yourself, the glue squirt and the fumes can harm you. Awesome build, and race movie!
I’ve watched all of these a couple of times now. I have a new dream. To get myself into beyond crafterdome one day. ONE DAY THAT COUPON AND MOD PODGE WILL BE MINE!
New subscriber here. Coming from a diorama/custom figure background, I moved on to diecast cars(focusing on Wastelands/Gaslands), and now am being pulled back to dioramas and scratch builds. Thanks to you bunch, I have a brain full of ideas, and can't wait to get into my shop.
Watching it with my own one minute parody of Crafsman that's been in my head for 3 months involving a Fred's truck driven by G.I. Joe BAT, was like watching 2001 in 1968 when I was filming styrofoam asteroids and my lunar module model in regular 8mm. Upped me game...
what a stellar job! you guys put so much work and heart into this whole things, i'm just floored, i have re-watched it a couple times already. I can't believe how seamlessly each of your contributions were animated, the outfits, the builds. You all did some amazing work this is crazy good. just wow, this whole this was so good, and I loved every single build i cannot pick a favorite, the whole thing just... so! dang! awesome!
Awesome! I'd love to see what a warhammer style game like this woyld look like. If you all made your own minis etc, that would be mental. 😂 Poor Fish....😵💫💥😂
@@CCMinis I like it because you can get it in a pot to dip into, has a boogery texture for more control, and they have leds that are a small flashlight. Sticks just like glue - comes in colors also.😻
The Dry Faster 5000 - I love it. The truck looks really great - have never heard of the gouche wash before. And that animation! WOW - you and T-Nu did a wonderful job with it. :)
I know your video comes with its own soundtrack, but in my head, I kept hearing Rammstein's "Benzin" the whole time. This looks like too much fun! Great job :) Edit: I feel like the highlights and shading you did give it a cool "cell shading" effect, which reminds me of borderlands, which of course is perfect for a post-apocalyptic setting.
New subscriber here. Found you from Boylei and this amazing video! Thanks to you bunch, I have a brain full of ideas, and can't wait to get into my shop. I have started a second channel called "Geppetto's Creature Shop", and can't wait to get going! Loving your channel!
I'm pretty sure it was the hairspray that kept your flames from working. You put it on there to make the paint flake off in spots. It just did it where you didn't want it to. (I could be wrong. Just my 2-cents worth, and due to inflation - I think $100 is worth the same as $.02 was worth 6 months ago. I joke - but Canada doesn't even use pennies anymore.)
Your firetruck turned out great, it caught the wasteland vibe on the point. and thank you for the wonderful editing on the race video, that was fun to watch. btw the candycoating idea was pretty cool, try to put a clearcoat on the candycoat before applying stencils next time.
Ryza rust isn’t a texture paint it’s a dry brush paint if you want it to match a rust you need to use typhous corrosion (use a bad brush cuz of the micro plastics) it’s a texture paint then you dry brush the ryza rust the paints that crack are mars iron earth and agrelin earth

You just made my week Crafsman =] thank you! Keep on steady crafting ❤️
I am blown away by this video and collab. The work you and T-Nu did on the animated short was especially impressive. Congrats on this beast!
Thank you so much Stud! Really glad you enjoyed it =]
Where do you get your squeaky styrene rods? Mine are always so silent. Sick fire truck Nick!
Squeaky Tubes R Us!
Who would have thought that slow and steady actually wins the race
loved your firetruck
Welcome to Gaslands and great job on the animation of the race! I totally understand that moment of the car not fitting back together too haha
Thank you BP! Yes, I need to keep that in mind in the future, the tolerances are crazy tight!
@@CCMinis for sure! I never glue anything on the inside anymore. All window mesh goes intermediately between the frame like you ended up doing 👍

thanks T-Nu! give the hair juice a shot, it works great!
@@CCMinis Will do!
Great job! Good to see more channels experimenting with post apocalyptic vehicle builds!
Thanks its a super fun concept - can't wait to try the game out sometime soon!
Love how the weathering turned out, and the chain was a cool addition. Such an awesome end video, great job on it all!
Thanks Nic! Much appreciated, it was a fun one to make =]
This was INCREDIBLE, well done mate, also Crafsman! What a collab
thanks!

I put my thin industrial super glue in spare dropper bottles. Works like a treat, clogged nozzle gets replaced.

At last, a collab where I'm already subscribed to everyone. Great job on the build and animation!
Thought your first paint scheme was pretty cool looking, but the final product was spot on
Nice adjustment after the candy coating debaucle. Great job!
Thanks! Pivoting is always an option =]
This this was very fantastic. Very entertaining. Great work everyone beyond crafter dome is definitely cool. Awesome fire truck build.
Glad you enjoyed it!
This was the video we did not deserve
No, but it was the one you needed
That same thing happened to me the last time I used masking tape as a stencil!
such a pain!
A marvelous job on your fire truck. I love the collaboration between craft channels on RUclips.
Fantastic work! Love the way the vehicle came out, and the challenge film was just great
This was great!!! So much work put into it. You guys need to make a full length movie!!! ❤❤❤
Awesome build my friend!!!! Love the end ressults!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Shame about the flames, that was going to look really great
No worries, its all a process - maybe itll work out better on the next one =]
Outstanding video. The intro was INSANE. Loved it.
Thanks Miguel!

great fun, top work on the race too!
thanks Billy!
The holes in the end of the flame thrower are there to allow the gnomes to get out after unplugging the gas line.
oh thats what shot outta there first... oops

Gorka Morka!!!
Get some of that finger nail poly gel stuff and a led lamp and it sticks without getting too messy instead of super glue.
you are a smarter cat than I!

Thanks Justin! =]
Mushrooms tell you a lot of things. 😂 Sweet truck.

Thanks Art! Much appreciated =]
when he cut off all the detail on the back of the truck my only thought was: NOT THE GREEBLES!!!
I'm late to the party, but awesome stuff, great work, and man, the animations absolutely tore me up. Simply hilarious.
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, Ryan. He arrives precisely when he means to.

Thanks! you know I actually did clear coat it - did not let it dry long enough tho!
lol this is so sick
aye thanks man! It was a fun one
Ooooof. Cleanup had to have been a pain! Especially with all that sand! Did it get everywhere?
lol wasn't so bad - I keep it in a tupperware container and just replaced the paper underneath
@@CCMinis I'll have to confirm that by asking a mushroom ;)
Nice Work!
Lol cute! Do a van!
Will do at some point!!
did anyone hear the robo cop theme when he was doing the goache wash??
