ph prefers games like moba and fps cause all you need is skill. like what zane said, most can't afford skins but there's no huge difference with playing cause it won't affect stats even if you only have basic skins. unlike rpg's or gacha games that need a lot of money to be /stay on top.

PH players aren't playing for comments, likes or whatever. A lot of our pro players are playing to feed their families, pull them out of bad conditions. so there mindset to win is on a different level. Goes with most ASEAN servers.
if youre solo rank in the ph, you cannot move past mythic. mythic honor and glory is saved for trios, and teams. and most of these teams gain by playing a lot of matches and befriending the ones who perform well. so yah they are very informal teams in the philippines
call me over reactive but, im filipino and i think filipinos are gatekeeping mlbb to a toxic degree. zane literally left his own country, travelled to the other side of the world to try out the ph server, test the competition, and try to improve himself. If that doesnt remind you of that ofw relative, fine. I commend his dedication to the game, at the very least. I can only imagine what he gave up for that trip, or even to continue playing mlbb with no organization behind him. Doing everything on his own. sheesh is it necessary to praise your own country while putting other people down. Did you know that Philippines Server is the most Hard to play in mobile legends. Because there're so many good players in the Philippines that compare to the other server. Especially on solo Ranked Games.
I played in Philippines server once and it's difficult i didn't even managed to get out in legend and when i reach mythic all of them are serious no joking around.
No ML players here in Ph will say I wanna be like basic. 😂 My friends who went to the US now got to the mythical glory rank but while they are here they can't even get out of legend. 😂
Ph server is hard bcoz filipinos are so addicted to their mobile phones..and much of the people dont have anything to do but to fiddle in their mobile devices..now you gave them a game they can get addicted to..many filipino gamers would grind just to get by the day not getting bored..
We're not as addicted to ml like Indo but in PH mostly squads on the high rank teamwork is insane I manage to reach glory solo got invited to a five man game, damn it's traumatic.
