No, it's the old Georgia state flag which had the confederate battle Jack on it. The actual confederate flag is called the stars and bars, look it up if you care haha

It is the old Georgia state flag that they used to use. I was told they changed it because of "offended people. It is on his CVPI because the skin is based off of they Georgia State Patrol car.

The old GSP vehicles had that racist flag on them, but they took it off when they change the state flag thank god.
