@@ShorinRyuFamilyKarate Most people don't use the long chain though, could you say where you got it from, like your instruction btw, so many people just talk about flipping the chucks, but they undervalue the importance of using both hands to retrieve the chuck again after different strikes, as well the second hand adds to the strike when launched from a holding position of both hands.
