Agree with @DenkyManner that it shows its age, but I think there's a certain timelessness in the instrumentation and the sort of classical style he went for. It's all orchestral

i like how some tracks here have little motifs and UI sounds incorporated into the music itself, it's really charming i love it :)
If there was a mod for Pokémon: Let's Go Eevee that allowed custom soundtracks, I think this would be my layout. If I haven't mentioned anything in the game, standard Pokémon tunes would have been used instead.

Track 5 is where you hear the critical stop, like when you try to run a program in which windows cant find. Try putting jibberish into the run window in windows xp and you will know what i am talking about.

It's strange, XP somehow managed to define the entirety of the 2000s. It's reign only started to waiver once Win 7 came out at the tail end of the decade.

Same. My school computer lab replaced our perfectly working windows xp and 7 desktops with "better" chromebooks
i remember my local internet cafe using windows xp then upgrading to 7. now don't get me wrong here, the pcs were capable, and both were good (7 was a bit more secure and compatible) but still.

Check out Lineage 2 (an MMORPG), especially the town themes. Same composer.
Bill Brown made a lot of video game music. His website doesn't even mention his work on XP, which is disappointing.
