Obviously it's a big problem in my life that is because you said before in this video which was fear of losing people around me ,fear of breaking down relationships though they are unnecessary unhealthy sometimes . So thank you so much for this video which educated me that saying no to something which actually doesn't gonna work is not make you the most unpleasant person in the world but it helps to keep your standards as well as it increase the value of your personality very well ❤❤❤
