    Great another video with lots of sounds but no info on how to set this up. Tertiary comments of plug in midi cable aren't enough. Getting trigers is easy yeah but what happens with the audio out of computer? Where's that going? Do you have anything that covers an actual setup?

    I lvee the sound and feel of BFD with my Roland. I'd love to see BFD sounds embedded into a future Alesis drum module.

    Are they going to give current owners of Alesis Command/Surge/etc owners BFD player as well?

    I hope this comes out sooner than later. Sounds nice. I'm gonna try to find a used command module in the mean time as I have a nice sized library of drum samples.

    I just got the Command X Special Edition and I see nothing about a free BFD VST. Where should I be finding information about acquiring this?

    What would be a Def Leppard/80's type of drum sound. Does this pack have it?

    I dont get it. Why arent the vst sounds loaded into the module? Is the module even needed if using vst? Or can you just use trigger interfaces with the vst?

    Any idea when it will be ready for release? Website states "Early 2023"...

      @@mondragonluis How was the process downloading to your laptop/PC? I just bought an HP laptop with Windows 11 that will only be used for the software. Do I need to download the drivers for the Surge Kit before? I'm a newb when it comes this.

    Horrible job explaining how it Install and use. These are generally beginner kits and ur treating the audience like there are experienced in every aspect of this. If u showed the process more u would have a lot more customers.

    They must put effort in making a better module. The set is great, only the module sucks bigtime. To buy a few extra kits in the software, it will cost you a lot extra money. Better save the money and buy a better drumkit.

    just bought the alesis drums and got bfd. the player is shit. it can't load any preset. if you're thinking of buying this software - just don't. this is relatively new software with zero support and zero bug solutions.
    UPDATE: still unable to make the software work. Support is shit. they are aware that this is just a quick money grab from alesis - selling the old drum kit with a new paint job + VST that is still officially unavailable - so it's full of bugs and probably wont work like mine. this is the second time I decided to buy an alesis product and the second time they fooled me with their marketing lies. I feel like an idiot now.

      @@ILuvJazzNJava Likewise, how long did it take to download the mahogany? It's still downloading now, showing a few hours. I will install it to a USB once downloaded. Did you have to do any mapping once installed with module or was it relatively plug and play?

    • @ILuvJazzNJava
      @ILuvJazzNJava Год назад

      @@tkelly830 plug and play for me since I installed it on my hard drive. I think you do have to map it if you install elsewhere, don’t ask me how though. It’s a huge download, but I’m on super fast fibre optic internet so only took me 5 minutes.
