Palworld has helped reinvigorate my enjoyment of the survival sandbox genre, where so many other games like Mincraft eventually turn stale for me either from repetition or falling behind friends. Even if this game somehow ends up falling apart from the outside, which I hope it doesn't, I will always be thankful for what Palworld has brought back to me.

Palworld was a game I have been excited to see release for a few years now. The game is amazing and really fun to play but to what we think Nintendo would do against palworld...well really they actually cannot do anything about it. It is it's own game with sure some similar parts but nothing to fight against. People making mods of Pokemon in palworld though is another story. They have all rights to fight against that and have done so.

  • @StopJerkingOff

I’m excited for the future of this game, I can see this lasting for years to come with consistent updates. It’s gonna be interesting to see how the map evolves overtime and it would be dope if it moved along time and the npcs go thru b different time periods humans have gone thru like the Stone Age all the way up to the 1800s in settings similar to the wild Wild West. Just imagine the npcs slowly but surely rebuild the cities that are in ruins rn where they get to the point where they built small towns , societies and eventually gym leaders and all of that. You could have challengers come from other regions to come and challenge you to a friendly fight and maybe even have a big stadium where they host fight tournaments

Palworld and BG3 share a core philosophy. Make a good fun game priortizing player experience. And thats proven to move copys. Maybe other Suits should see this and rearange their prioritys from dying battlepasses and overmonotization, back to fun and make more through copys sold.

Simple, they never had Poket, or Mon on the name of their game. And their Pals were not 1 is to 1 copy of any pokemon. Let me reiterate, 1 is to 1. Fraken-pokemon and tweaked Cinderace are exactly that, Tweaked, not copy. XD

You should be asking that of all the other Pokemon rip-offs that have come and gone over the years. Palworld is legally distinctive. Copyright lawyer Leonard French took a look at Palworld and said it's not a rip-off. Fun fact: Pokemon isn't the first monster collector game. Stop acting like Pokemon is special.

I’m a straight of fps shooter player and I enjoy Palworld a lot..so outside of my comfort zone (survival games) but I’m on my 2nd play through already after playing the first play through and getting all 137 pals available in the game. (70 more to come according to leaks) games early access and is less than 10 gb..unreal how much content and biomes they have in the game compared to some big name studios. I also enjoyed pokemon when I was growing up but haven’t touched or played any Pokémon in over 15-20 years. I’ve heard they aren’t as good and haven’t innovated but this game is different and also feels a little nostalgic. Yes there are creatures that are similar to Pokémon but this is what I’d imagine what pokemon would have been like in the future(they haven’t done anything to innovate.) ..yet this game nails it and takes aspects and inspiration from a number of games. It combines cool elements from different games and genres and throws them together. Crazy over 20 million downloads and it hasn’t been out for even a full month yet.

@BushidoXBrown I agree that video games are a hobby meant to be enjoyed, but it can spiral into the addiction territory if not kept in check. When reading OP's comment, it seems like to him/her that playing video games is just a waste of time, which is not true at all.
