Dubai Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
Pistachios: 200g
Dark Chocolate: 400g
Kataifi: 200g
Butter: 100g
Maple Syrup: 1 tablespoon (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
Roast the pistachios in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
Grind the pistachios until they become thick and creamy.
Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional) and grind again until the spread is smooth.
Use 200g of kataifi. It adds a nice texture and sound.
Melt 100g of butter over medium-low heat.
Sauté the kataifi in the melted butter until it becomes crispy. Be careful not to burn it!
Mix the two ingredients well.
Instead of using a chocolate mold, line a large tray with baking paper.
Melt 400g of dark chocolate in the microwave, checking every 30 seconds.
Pour half of the melted chocolate onto the tray and spread it out evenly.
Let it set slightly.
Spread the kataifi pistachio mixture evenly over the set chocolate.
Pour the remaining half of the melted chocolate over the kataifi pistachio mixture and spread it out evenly.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove from the refrigerator.
Delicious chocolate ready to enjoy as is!
Even more delicious with the addition of pistachios and kataifi.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and store in the refrigerator.
