Bro you need to watch precure. Unironically it is one of the best anime franchises ever. Awesome fight scenes, great characters and character arcs, no shitty fan service, really pretty transformations that focus on the trasnformation and not the fan service, and all around messages of hope and optimism. Literally one of the best magical franchise ever.
BUT SABAN TRIED to make a Smile/Doki Doki Precure ENGLISH DUB BOTH FAILED so badly it Bankrupted them and their hasn't been more English Precure dubs since 2018 while Toei themselves COULD SELF English dub it themselves do date NONE of the 20 Precure seasons EVER got a Toei ENGLISH dub and likely won't. Heck Toei's American studio never really did English dub ANY Dragon Ball/DBZ season or even the first 2 seasons of Sailor Moon back in 1995 to 1997.

Pretty Cure Btw, I just love how people who don't know the show, dismiss it as a typical feel good magical girl anime.....until the punching begins. The only reason I have been a fan since I saw the first season when I was 11, is the fighting scenes and choreography....and the transformations. Seriously, most mainstream Magical girl shows are Madoka clones. It's nice to see a semi serious magical girl show that has an actual happy or bittersweet ending, that doesn't include countless deaths and trauma of the protagonists

You don't have to watch the previous seasons to get into it, since the seasons are self contained, but the movies for each season tend to have 1 or 2 other teams appearing to help the new team with the problem. The DX movies feature all the teams working together. The plot is.....it's a children's show, it's a bit cookie cutter feel good magical girl, these days, but all of them tend to have emotional depth and character growth...which is the main point of the series, young girls entering, or going through, their teenage years and maturing through their struggles. It's not an 10/10 anime of the year, must watch. But when you are feeling down, it's a good pick me up. Great battle choreography, when they do sakuga Dragon Ball gets green with envy, good character development that sticks, nice representation of real world struggles and a cast of girls trying to do good for themselves and others. That being said, the first seasons can get dark, but this is a good vs bad show soooo, there is tension but it will never reach Madoka levels. Tropical rouge is the most lighthearted season, doesn't take itself too seriously and I like it for that.
