First of all, Ukraine is not an EU / EEA member yet. Secondly, billions are invested in the US military manufacturing to produce the new weapons as a replacement to the ones sent to Ukraine. Thirdly, money laundering means that the funds are "dirty" in the first place. So, does that mean that the "US taxpayers money" is proceeds of crime?
