I've been using thrivecart for like 3 or 4 years but recently got Samcart to test things out, and I gotta say...I really like Samcart better for some reason. I also noticed a nice bump in conversions. It was just an experiment to test the two software, and I'm kinda sticking with Samcart for now. I also like how it integrates with Thinkific...I had to use Zapier to link Thrivecart with Thinkific and would get errors sometimes or zaps not working...
I've run millions through Thrivecart. Very few issues. Plus, their support is solid. Josh recently sold TC so my gut feeling is that they will start pushing more monthly payments though.
@@mjt1517 there's no need to waste money. TC is excellent and there's no need to pay more. Watching costs is one of the most important factors to success.
I like / use thrivecart, but wish they’d sort the cancellation bit out to allow users access to their accounts until the end of period if they cancel (Vs just cutting them off instantly)!
Hey Miles great video comparing Thrive Cart vs. Sam Cart. I have access to Sam Cart's training you mentioned. As i'm starting out (blogging/niche site) would you recommend Thrive Cart - i like the idea of paying a one-time fee. I agree software companies increase prices once they have "roped you in".
None of your Samcart links work. I thought you were all into Samcart? You switched back to thrivecart in your im biz? Seems a little risky with new owners?
Could work. If you're comfortable digging into code and managing integrations, go for it. If tech is not your strong suit, ThriveCart or SamCart are well worth the cost.
Will TC let me add code to the bump and upsell and checkout pages, etc? One of the huge limitations of Podia's checkout is that you can't add code to their co pages so I can't tell where dropoffs are coming, etc. Thx!
With some patience and fiddling, yes period I use a tool called click magic to pull all of my transaction data and combine with my UTM data. it works once it's set up correctly
@@MilesB I'm less concerned about UTM vs. being able, for example, to put heap and/or mixpanel on the pages, and to split test. Is there an area to add custom code (GTM, etc)? If I can add GTM then we can work whatever magic we need.
I tried it but I don't like all in one solutions. They are way too expensive and they keep me feeling stuck on their platform even when there are little glitchy issues. I prefer Thrive cart.
Miles, you are my go-to when doing my research:) I decided on Thrivecart Pro and their Learn Plus offer. I'm a coach now entering digital product sales and I like Thrivecart's one payment for life. I don't love the the limitation with 1 bump offer, so I'm increasing my value of the bump.
Hi Miles. Great comparison and like many others have mentioned, your authenticity makes you stand out as someone to do business with. I wanted to get the SamCart Grow option but I'm being taken to the Launch version with a price of $710 after a week's trial. How do I get the Grow option? It's probably just me 😏
Here is the link checkout.samcart.com/referral/xlA0gQln/AeNnw7a8n97lDWI7 definitely not you. They have changed a ton un the last 2 weeks. Including their prices... they've raised up prices a bunch
I Totally agree with you Miles. I'm here because PODIA diappointed me with their custom third party code feature, which is not really one. Very limited, so I could not integrate some third party codes as I would like to finally. Disappointing.
Couldn’t agree more about the modular approach. Thanks for articulating this for me!
Glad it was helpful! This approach has saved my but several times now

I normally don't write reviews or stay for the whole video, but great great GREAT explanation :) !!!
Cheers Andrea. I appreciate the comment

I didn't mention the direct integration to thinkific. Its wonderful. Glad you gave them a shot and are liking them. Their pages are super clean!

I'm very curious where the new owners will take this as well
If you've run millions through it, a monthly payment shouldn't cause you pain.

Dude. Honestly, those are killer bonuses, Miles... Serious.
I appreciate that... Truly trying to help folks have everything they need in order to succeed
Which website hosting do you use or can recommend for Wordpress websites?
My entire blog setup process and hosting recommendation is here www.milesbeckler.com/how-to-start-a-blog/

Agreed. I have my VA wait until the last day and then process the cancelations, or manually add time.

You only need a shopping cart if you're selling your own products. As an affiliate it's not needed
Hey Miles, appreciate the insights here. I've been curious for a while about what screen sharing app you use?

Which is the best Samcart vs Trive Chart vs Go Highlevel?
None of your Samcart links work. I thought you were all into Samcart? You switched back to thrivecart in your im biz?

Sorry nothing related to the topic, but I love your crystals :)
What are your thoughts on Wordpress (something like WooCommerce) vs Thrivecart for a subscription and course type of product?
Could work. If you're comfortable digging into code and managing integrations, go for it. If tech is not your strong suit, ThriveCart or SamCart are well worth the cost.
Well done video, thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Why are you not creating your own low cost cart software?
Too much work. I like only having to work a few hours per week

Have you tried Kajabi if so do you like it?

Right on!!!
By the way Samcart is now $710 a year... also through your link...
Ya, it appears that my concerns were validated.
Which version of click funnels did you try was it 2.0 or the original version?
Haven't tried 2.0. I like that my shopping cart charges me $0 each month at this point
🔥🔥🔥
Thanks
Looks like that SamCart bundle no longer exists and the price doubled.
Yep! The exact kind of VC SQUEEZE I was talking about... It's frustrating.

Thrive cart is definitely the most integration friendly option on the market!
