Nah, he was no longer a threat, he wasn't advancing towards her while she had the gun in her hand. Didn't say "don't move" or "don't come any closer" they could have held the gun on him till the cops showed up. She literally picked up the gun and immediately shot him.
Always keep an open mind in the workplace if you see a sexual assault report it or if you've been sexually assaulted by your employer make sure you report it

I wonder how many people are in prison serving very long (maybe life) sentences for killing someone when it was a situation similar to this one where it REALLY WAS SELF DEFENSE, where the person REALLY DESERVED IT and the person who killed them had no previous criminal record and due to no proof of self defense (in this story they had security cameras AND the other woman was an undercover cop AND the guy had sixteen sex assault complaints already). Imagine some different version of this situation where that lady ends up in prison for murder or manslaughter and loses her family and her livelihood. I bet something like what I am describing has happened somewhere already....
Or the death penalty some people got the death penalty for self defense killing
Well self defense shouldn’t result in death so it will either be 3rd degree murder or manslaughter
