Nice cut and overall tutorial! Don't forget about his neck hair by the collar. I'm assuming he doesn't want it shaved with the razor?

    That's a fact about using a Comb

So true about the enhancements. A lot of these guys will use so much we can’t even see what the cut actually looks like. All we see is spray paint on someone’s head.
Then we will get a client coming in with a picture of someone with enhancements and we have to tell them I can do that cut and I can make it look fire but that pic isn’t real.
I watched a review video a couple days ago, this famous yt barber used that new all in one clipper guard. I wanted to see if it actually worked. I watch this video for 15 mins, then at the end, when I finally get to see how the cut came out, it showed the clients hair for a couple seconds, then it showed the end product.. covered in hair fiber. Really? Am I suppose to know if the guard works when u painted their hair after? Def suspect. Maybe getting paid to make the video and needed it to make the cut look good.
Sorry for the rant. The fiber gets to me. I understand using a little but not if u need it to make ur cut look good.

I 1000% agree fam! Most everyday clients aren’t getting enhancements and all that they are getting simple haircuts

Bro that animal blade was a new one for me. Barbers should put that in the arsenal!
And i agree with you that most people wants a clean natural cut. I think on RUclips barbers put the perfect cut out to get more clicks and subscribers.

Hello from England...Can't believe how happy it made me to see you use the 10 Wide! I thought I was alone in using that. It's also great for a 'gentle' taper in the neck. I have the skip tooth one too but have never used it while doing a fade, I'll try it when I'm back at work next week. Been Barber for over 30 years and still love trying new techniques and machines. Thanks for the interesting video.

Great video! Can you do a video of a #2 on top and #1 on sides? I’m 3 months into barber school and I use detatchables as well. My cousin get a 2 and 1 and I used the 1A and 1.5 to blend but I feel like it could’ve been better. Appreciate it!

Do you know why I used the trimmers? To bald out and edge up not to fade. I also used fastfeeds to detail my blend. Thanks for watching
