Myself spend over 10years in China, I drive electric car here in China it's very cost effective in driving the EV, the chinese gov have policies that support their companies, whatever he is saying about China is very true,
Great job Daniel, truly appreciate your insight, this is very inspirational and great knowledge Need to connect, I’m in the healthcare industry and very enthusiastic about the gases business
The Major problem with the EV cars from china are the Litium batteries and the distance the car can get to. The other challenge is that we don't have Electric charge stations to charge the EV cars in gh.
EVs can go as far about 800km on a full charge. Depends on the pocket of the person. I will recommend 300km range on full charge for use in Ghana. Also, EVs can be charged at home. It is that easy. alternatively, there are currently charging ports in Ghana. The numbers are growing. So basically, regards to charging, it can be done anywhere there is a socket. No special charging required per say. Also, there is a growing number of EVs already being used in Ghana for several years now
That’s why there’s the need for orientation to training the employees to gain the necessary knowledge and skills concerning the job in order to boost their competency
This 10% commission demands from Ghanaians 🇬🇭 is a very very bad and wrong attitude. Ask for less and get more. 3%-5% opens more gates for you. Greed kills business. Ghana 🇬🇭 MPs demands 10% -30% from investors and for that reason my friends took their skyscrapers building business to Nigeria 🇳🇬. Just imagine
@@URBANHORIZON-b3oDon't discourage him/her please..the fact that it didn't work out for you doesn't mean it wouldn't work out for the next person. The best you could do is to share your experience for people to learn from it instead of making such a blanket statement. God Bless Our Homeland 🙏

Nice interview... But... concerning the EV cars... its very expensive sending them to Ghana. Am currently living in Shanghai and i tried sending some of these cars back 2 years ago. Guys , its terribly expensive. And also its very difficult getting the spare parts back home when it goes faulty. But no doubt... These cars very economical... but to be used in Ghana, with the current state of our roads .... naaa...
There are transport managers using only electric cars in Ghana. Electric cars maintenance is not as bad as you think. There is client who has been using EV for more than 5 years now and spent less than 6000cedis on maintenance so far. Not every electric vehicle willl survive because older versions , even in China, arent good. Not just in Ghana. Electric vehicles are more robust than you think. It is about the getting the right one
They are all getting cheaper by teh day. Depends on what you want to do with the EV. For personal use, I will recommend NETA. I have driven their cars and love them very well. Sells very well in Malaysai and Thailand and other Eastern Asian countries.
E bikes are dangerous and kill when the right battery is not used. They can cause devastating fires. My concern is the right battery will not be used and people may die as it is difficult to regulate products in Ghana
I’m really disappointed with the Ghana system especially the government. The extortion and the lack of backing astounds me. And some young people don’t like to work they want their families abroad to keep sending them money.
You’re right in some point though , Ghana at the moment is not a good place to live or do business, unless you have money , . No supportive systems , even if you have an idea a young person to start something, you can’t , the system is crushed
E bikes has become a big fire hazard in New York city when fake. batteries are used. Genuine batteries are expensive and my deepest concern is that fake batteries are cheap and easily available. How can you regulate the battery use when New York city with all its resources is finding this a serious fire problem causing over 200 hundred fires and about 29 fatalities..please do a better research before flooding the market with such a dangerous product . Concern citizens living in New York.
Well, current information is that electric vehicles (with good quality batteries) is getting lower. No need to compromise on quality to get good price. I can also confirm that most electric bikes that catch fire is vehicles that have been altered in some way. This is our experience
Most Chinese EV cars brands have a lot of problems with the Lithium batteries. Most of friends who use the Chinese EV cars have problem with the Car batteries. The Litium batteries can cost between 10,000rmb to 100,000rmb.
Which cars are they buying? It will be good to mention the brands and models. I can guess they aren't buying newer models (maybe above 2018). Technology for EVs gets better by the day... It is a very fast-paced industry. We must give them credit where it is due. What are we doing in our part of the world to learn and grow in that direction? Not much, and you will agree with me on that. EVs have been made more commercially viable and affordable due to the resilience of the Chinese and even the West knows it. It is on propaganda at this stage. Conclusion: modern (from 2019) EVs are better and the batteries are much better. Lithium batteries are also getting cheaper. Bro.............
