Please make another video on how to present the results in an APA table. Do you have any references for that?

Hi Mike, I need some guidance on Need HELP Please 😊
Am running into an issue "according to my supervisor" . As I am not a Stat's person and using AMOS / Stats for the very first time. Would you be able to guide what am I doing wrong / error I am making. I have 7 scales / 27 items (6IV 1DV), my supervisor asked me to run model fit indices for 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 factors and draw a table comparing indices for CMIN, DF, CMIN/DF, CFI, SRMR, RMSEA, PClose. separately i.e., model fit for scale 1 with 6 items, scale 2 with 5 items ........

I think u need to show the model fit after adding each of your IV to the model. Ur supervisor is probably asking for the r squared and such model fit parameters....hierarchical reg is to be done with each IV in each block ....so six blocks plus block 0..total 7 blocks will generate and u need to inspect the model parameters from block 1 to 6.. and document

Hi, I need some guidance, how can I apply hierarchical logistic regression through CSPLAN in SPSS

in spss, it is not possible, specially if your independent variable has three or more categories. only binary IVs are accepted in spss using csplan file (complex sample)

Is it possible to do this whilst controlling for variables

    • @mikecrowson2462

At each step along the way, the effects of the predictors at are controlling for variables that are added in earlier steps. If you have a set of variables you wish to control from all models (e.g., gender, age), then simply specify a model with these variables in Block 1, and then add in the main variables of interest in later blocks.
