I recently rebuilt an Aria 6 string acoustic. it had an adjustable bridge, zero fret, and beautiful tuners with little machine screws that held covers over the gears. solid spruce top but a little bit tinny sounding! Lol! oddly, the neck was bolted on. it turned out very nice! great show! subbed.

A good idea to coat the truss rod in wax before glued

It's hard to tell but It looks like you didn't put the smaller octave string on top ex. high E low E --high a low A etc, but all in all a nice save of an old 12 string

YeTi2055 actually, you are right.... as I haven't owned and played a 12string since the 70s I just followed the cuts that were made in the nut.. and never double checked.... looks like the nut was cut wrong.. this is what happens when you buy stuff online from unknown sellers.... also then12 string tuning pegs I got just to use as spares because a few screws were missing had the holes drilled completely wrong or missing....

What if the lacqer goes over the wood of the neck and also over the binding ?
