you look good. ive been going through it lately too with pain and hallucinations. take and extra AP med and sleep for a day if you need to. that usually does it for me. i had to take 5 days off work and ive been just sleeping and resting. anyways, you look like your health is improving. i been following you ever since my dx in 2017. its a lifechanger for sure. ive been taking collagen protein and creatine. i want to see about the metabolic options like that other channel is doing but its not a race. whenever we're ready

Is it associated with breathing? Food intake? Where is the pain, center of chest or side? What are you doing when this pain occurs? Are you upset before this happens? Are you getting short of breath with normal activity? Do your parents have a history of heart attack before 60 years old?
What do you mean “high” EKG?
Yea there’s something called esophageal spasm which feels like a heart attack.
They probably did take a chest x ray, it’s part of our usual workup.
If I can answer any questions, I’m a resident doctor! So I can give answers but not technical medical advice :)

The random on and off pain was upper chest, but there was discomfort throughout my entire chest. I could have just woken up and the pain would be there. I did end up going to the ER, and they think it is heart burn though I’ve never experienced heart burn like this before. It’s nothing life threatening they said.

@@amateurariesyeah so sorry posted before I got to that part!! It honestly is probably heartburn but I’m glad you went. You for sure should ALWAYS go to the ED with chest pain, especially if it’s in the center and feels crushing or pressure like (like something sitting on your chest)
Did they give you nitro to take home?

Prilosec and Tums won’t really help with esophageal spasm - verapamil will, which you need to see a doctor to get . Not saying that’s what this is, so again not medical advice!! Just saying agree you should see a primary doc

@@charmedandenchanted no, they told me to get Prilosec. I’ve been on it for weeks and it hasn’t helped.

@@charmedandenchanted Alright, I will see a primary doctor. I just need to find one that is decent that's close to us. Thank you for commenting, it's much appreciated!

Is it possible that these chest pains are anxiety/panic symptoms? If they come along with high levels of stress, breathing issues and come at random/periodically without any clinically relevant material for medical test diagnoses (like an ECG) detecting heart problems. It's easy to assume it'd be a physical issue, and it gets worse when you think it is. Fear of dying is a common symptom. Just a suggestion, of course

It is possible to have heart pains when high levels of stress or anxiety. But these lasted days, even when I was calm and collected or having a good time.

I had diarrhea recently, maybe it's hormonal changes or something.
