West Kelowna Beach Hopping - British Columbia 🇨🇦

In this video we did a day trip to West Kelowna, British Columbia and enjoyed some beach hopping along the popular Gellatly Bay waterfront promenade.
West Kelowna, British Columbia is a beautiful destination full of natural beauty and plenty of exciting attractions. With its stunning lake views, lush rolling hillsides and unique local shops - this region has it all. Plus there are plenty of activities here to keep you busy - from skiing on the nearby mountains to wine tasting in the vineyards - you'll never be bored! We parked our car and started our walk at Rotary Beach Park and headed south along Okanagan Lake.

Our next stop was at Gellatly Bay Park which is a fun stop and has a wicked zipline for use in the summer months. It was a bit too cold at the end September for swimming in the lake. That being said we enjoyed watching all of the small trout minnows.

Eventually we ended up at one of the nicer beaches in the area, Willow Beach. We walked the beautiful stretch of sand and passed by Powers Point and Marina Beach then headed over to Gellatly Nut Farm.

Our final destination was the beach at Goats Peak Regional Park. To get there we had to go to Pebble Beach and walk along the shore.

you guys are obviously not from west kelowna as you are mispronouning gellatly and its a vollyball court not a tennis court and you made numerous other mistakes too many too mention so just some advice from a senior who s lived here all my life we appreciate you do a video of west kelowna but maybe you would like to ask some locals about correct way of pronouncing names and some history that you got wrong .. maybe do some homework first,, all in all thanks

Yup had them beaches to ourselves as kids and even better as teenagers! 67 till the late seventies, and then it went nuts for people moving there,got kicked off and warned about being on the ferry docks,seems we were right about the docks Eh 😂
