Man after all these years seeing Fort Karium go into fortress mode reminds me so much of when Autobot city transformed in the 1986 cartoon movie of the Transformers.
This reminds me of the one episode on She-Ra when Horde Prime punished Hordak for causing his spaceship to be wrecked (no thanks to Skeletor, Hordak's rival and former pupil) which was hilarious at the end.

They actually did an origin story for Hex where he was a normal person and he was in love with a beautiful young woman till they came to New Texas and had a difficult time making a living for a while till Hex decided to go into robbing the Kerrium and he and Scud ended up crashing they're ship and nearly got killed till Stampede showed up and made a deal with Hex to help him capture the Shaman and that was how Hex got his powers and became Tex Hex and when the woman he loved saw what happened to him she left him.
I remember in one episode where Tex Hex managed to gain control of Fort Kerium and switched it into Fortress Mide and in that episode it was mentioned that not even BraveStarr's Strength of the Bear could penetrate it I wonder what makes Fortress mode so strong that not even the Strength of the Bear could get in.

Are there any defense attorneys on Neo Texas? I'm sure they'd have a hard time defending Tex. Guy literally incriminated himself under oath.

Quite a thing, to realize Tex Hex was also Buster Bunny on Tiny Toons, and also pretty much every major character in "Cow & Chicken".
