There are approximately 567 Federally Recognized Tribal Nations. There were basically 5 Native American Nations on the Trail of Tears which was a result of the Indian Removal Act of 1830. Paying the Tribal Nations is based existing Treaties with Native American Nations.

Black people of all income levels can contribute, but have you heard of the Fearless Fund? It was shut down for trying to do just that. I don’t know who this woman is, and she seems a little off to me, but reparations are paid to people who suffered by the people who suffered. You can’t appropriate suffering. Either you experienced it or you did not. There is no one alive today that is entitled to any reparations for slavery and there is no one alive today that owes any reparations for slavery. If our ancestors could see us right now, they would be turning over in their graves how weak we become later and we’re still instead of standing on our own 2 feet. I don’t need any reparations. my husband and I take care of ourselves and our children and we’re raising them to where they will take care of themselves and their children. Nobody owes you anything.

This little girl has yet to gain significant life experience, but she will undoubtedly learn many lessons. She appears to be running for office more for clout and votes rather than to serve the public. Her youth and inexperience are evident.
If she wins the election, she'll likely find that many of the administrators in public or municipal roles are Black individuals. The person training her and those she'll need to ask for assistance will probably be Black as well, often overqualified for their positions.
Black folks we a have a strong inclination to help others, rooted in cultural and faith-based values of altruism. This tendency to assist might even extend to those who may not share their best interests.
One can hope that in the future, she might look back on her campaign video with regret and a sense of shame for its hate-filled, ugly, and divisive nature, though that outcome seems unlikely.
