    The carnivore diet has changed my life immensely! Not just my overall health and energy., Minor and major health problems have gone away. Anxiety, peacefulness, calmness, better sleep, and so much more! Energy levels are amazing. I feel 20 years younger than I am! (I’m 45)

    Hey Jim, i’ve been a subscriber for about a whole day now. This morning I started watching your shows one after another. You are such an amazing inspiration to encourage us to improve our mental health. I’ve liked every single show, they each have so much information and this one with. Dr. Palmer is equally fantastic! Hope is the essential part of daily life, without it we are lost, desperate to try and attain it on our own. One thing I would like to make a comment on is I disagree with Dr. Palmer about their being a “one size fits all”. In my life I have found there is only one way to have hope and that hope can only come from a Savior. So the “one size that fits all” is the one and only Jesus Christ. And He is for everyone. I can’t imagine going a single day without Him. He is my hope, and the Rock of my salvation!

    As someone who was skinny all their life, I assumed I could eat anything. I grew up in a junk food household. Now I’m 30 dealing with bipolar, a few years back postpartum depression and was hospitalized and did outpatient care in Rhode Island with 1 out of my 3 kids, Ive had anxiety since I was a child, I was diagnosed with alopecia during another pregnancy(now that child has so many food and some environmental allergies and eczema) I have IBS, TMJ pain, insomnia, low hemoglobin, low vitamin d, low potassium and probably parasites at this point.
    No one ever asked what I was or wasn’t eating. When I asked to have vitamin d tested I was told I should just try a small anxiety medication but I said no because I did lamictal and didn’t like it. Vitamin d was tested and it was depleted and I live in Massachusetts.
    Having all these health issues makes my mental health worse stressing about them. Thankful for conversations like this. I went carnivore for only 4 days but in those 4 days I was less bloated and was able to sleep. 🔑

    Most important dietary change that literally everyone regardless of other dietary needs should adhere to is eliminating seed oils. Keto, carnivore, vegan, traditional ethnic diets, I don’t care. If you’re still eating seed oils you’re ruining your health. Keto and vegan people especially need to realise this. Carnivore at least by definition can’t include seed oils. Mediterranean prefers olive oil, also a plus.

    Mental illness can be influenced by various factors such as trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. However, trauma does not always result in mental illness, indicating a correlation rather than a direct causal relationship.
    Metabolic problems can lead to mental health issues. Therefore, improving metabolic health can significantly enhance mental well-being. A fit body=a fit brain.
    Food affects digestion, which in turn affects physical metabolism and ultimately brain performance.
    Steps to improve brain performance.
    1. Check metabolic health.
    -Fasting can help identify food sensitivities, such as reactions to gluten or specific foods, which can be transformative for health.
    -Determine any nutritional deficiencies, such as lack of B12 or other vitamins, and adjust your diet accordingly.
    2. Awareness of Problems:
    -Recognize how desperate you are to change and to feel better.
    -Find the reason to fight.
    3.Get enough sleep, regulate sleep.
    4.Eliminate Harmful Influences:
    -eliminate alcohol, stress, and processes foods from your life to promote better mental health.

      Women need a lot more animal fat then men. Most rudiment meat like cow, elk, goat that type of animal has a great deal of the vitamins and minerals we need .
      Please look up Dr. Anthony Chaffee or the 5minbody,steak maybe the butter gal. You be amazed at what your body will do. No plant based protein. Stay away from carbs
      Have a blessed day . I am 67 and very healthy on a all meat diet.
      I also eat egg yolks, fish primarily sardines and salmon oysters
      Stay with it sometimes it takes a little while to get into the fat adjustment for some people

    Copper overload/toxicity from a high copper/low zinc diet (along with the misfortune of growing up in a home with copper plumbing instead of the far superior zinc galvanized plumbing) has caused entire generations to develop super high rates of anxiety disorder and even full blown panic disorder. Older generations from the middle class, as well as many of today's poorest citizens instead have developed learning disorders due to growing up in homes with lead plumbing and lead paint, and playing outdoors in yards that were covered in lead dust.

    If a person is 160 pounds overweight, why do you need a metabolic hypothesis for their mental health? There may very well be a metabolic connection to their weight; in fact there almost certainly is.
    The weight alone, though, is enough to cause a whole lot of mental problems. They'll always be bumping into stuff. Ouch. Mantal paid caused by physical pain.
    They'll be getting odd looks from people. Feeling of all sorts, hence mental reactions.
    So being surprised that losing the weight, through an appropriate weight-loss program, makes a person feel better seems odd. They feel better because they *are* better.

    • @KhanCarnivore

      I agree somewhat. However, a lot of people are accepting of their weight, and don’t seem to care. Your assumption is they have a mental issue because they, for example, have anxiety about being fat and being judged for it.
      A lot of people simply don’t care about being judged, but still suffer from a myriad of mental health issues.
      I think there are definitely situations however, where people are affected by their appearance and definitely are experiencing anxiety of depression due to this. But in my opinion is doesn’t paint the full picture.

      Do your own research. Regardless of what you do, or read, there is a counter to every argument under the sun.
      Does not eating meat help the planet? Debatable. Highly, highly debatable, and I’m not knowledgable enough to know for certain. But my thought is that if everyone is sick, everyone’s brains are in the mud, how are we supposed to actually action sustainable change for the planets future?
      I’m taking steps to sort myself, so I can THEN help others.
      Additionally, there are certainly plant based Keto plans you can follow, so if you decide you are absolutely dead set against meat consumption, you can check that out.

      All you need is ground beef, butter and eggs. Some of the cheapest, most nutrient dense foods on the planet.

    • @fionen
      @fionen 7 месяцев назад

      @@KhanCarnivorelol those are all some of the most expensive foods aside from steaks.

    • @KhanCarnivore
      @KhanCarnivore 6 месяцев назад

      @fionen maybe on the US. I can get eggs 12 for £2.50 and a 500g minced beef for £2.50. That's not bad.
      It's key to remember that these foods are highly nutrient dense and filling. You could have 4 eggs and a pack of minced beef which would probably fill you for the day, especially if you add in a few rashers of bacon. You could feed yourself for about £3.50 for the whole day.

    • @fionen
      @fionen 6 месяцев назад

      @@KhanCarnivore Well don't go telling people the food is cheap when it isn't and the stuff about it being more filling somehow is also a lie.

    • @KhanCarnivore
      @KhanCarnivore 6 месяцев назад +1

      @fionen what are you talking about? I've literally pointed out the fact you can feed yourself for an entire day for £3.50. That is cheap as hell.
      And yes, the meal in mentioned is full of fat and protein. Both are WAY more satiating than carbohydrates. After a few days of eating this meal, you would get used to the lack of carbs and would be full every day from one meal.
      Do some research before telling me what to do big boy. You are 100% wrong.
