As a fellow West Ham fan and Noble being my all time favourite player, being a coach and manager is two different things. Sometimes being a coach is easier than being a manager, would be good to see how he does. But only got to look how poor Gerrard and Lampard has done since being managers, so not always a legend becomes a good manager.

He shouldn't be in no rush to become one, step by step until he feels comfortable enough to become one. He have great leadership and motivational skills, but who knows how good he is tactically. That's something i would like to see it one day, his tactical side.

England is all just “give it 100% lad. Talk more etc.” whereas in Spain / Italy / France the focus is more on technical development right up to 16/17.
