Potter speaks like a statesman - educated, considered, intelligent but always showing he is in charge the guy is a genius - I've supported West Ham for 40 years and can't remember feeling so confident about a manager - only issue is England will want him when Tuchel leaves the England role
The press conferences are night and day different. Hearing someone like that talk about West Ham feels odd to me, I have to keep checking his badge to remind me its true, he really is our manager. With respect to Moyes, he delivered. But now I feel like we can go to the next level, do I think we can do it overnight? no but I’m excited for all the games to come and the results. I will be disappointed if we loose but I wont be unhappy with the manager or team if there working hard and using the academy finally! I have no words for Julien, I stopped watching games with him in control. Regardless if we we won or lost, under him something in the team just wasn’t right. I wish him well for the future, but for the months he was here it did not feel like West Ham

If he's given the chance, this is a guy that can build a winning, progressive culture at West Ham over a good number of years, which nobody has really done since John Lyall (or at a push Harry Redknapp).But that doesn't mean that on any given day we can't still get beat.

I knew *Jay Low* wouldn't do best Bcos he didn't know the squad and was handed a new signings to beef up with squad he had less knowledge about...Moyes should have stayed to nurture these new signings Bcos he knew the strength of the team and would have fixes the new signings into the team with ease....Jay low did well but Graham seems to be one to get us there but not this season. He will do better than Jay low and to some extent Moyes
