I have a feeling you’ve never been on TikTok, this coming from an artist whose been on the app since it was Musically and has a massive following. There’s actually very few kids, TikTok deletes accounts under the age of 13, and most of the users are older teens/adults. Most of use artists are younger (teens-early 20’s) like me and a lot of other large art accounts.
EDIT: I’m sorry I wasn’t trying to offend anyone, and I wasn’t trying to appear like I am an adult or that I was ranting. TikTok used to be Musically, a platform very open to artistically creative creators, like artists, musicians, professional dancers, and other talented individuals. A little over a year ago, TikTok bought musically and basically just replaced the app entirely with TikTok. TikTok itself is about being funny and creative meme/vine related content. However, there are artistic creators who still exist. What I’m trying to say here is that the app is not as immature as I some are meant to believe. TikTok has put very strenuous effort into deleting all accounts under the age of thirteen due to the kind of content on TikTok. Yes, there are some very VERY stupid trends, but that doesn’t cover the app as a whole. On average, most of the people using TikTok are in their college years, 18-20s. There are lots of high schoolers on the app, like me. I’m not saying that I’m an adult, I just believe I didn’t write out what I was attempting to say well enough. Again, I wasn’t trying to go off on a rant, I was simply trying to clarify a misconception. I’m sorry if I angered anyone by my efforts to talk about an app that I have had almost 3 years of experience with.

My first guess was tiktok (I've never used it, but your description sounded like the little bit I've seen from it lol), My second guess was twitter just from the color alone, but then I saw the tattoo and definitely knew what is was lol. As soon as I saw the push pins I knew it was pinterest, one my absolute favorite apps. I loved all three!
