I was able to make these awhile ago. They are so fluffy. I only put half a cup of moringa leaves because there wasn't much left on the tree. :) thanks for a wonderful recipe.

No need to adjust. Just mix your yeast in water plus sugar and let it bloom. Wait till it gets bubbly around 5-10mins. And add it to the rest of the ingredients.
Ask ko lang po kung pwede ang ilagay sa ref yung dough na matitira if hindi ibebake lahat? Hanggang ilang araw po pwedeng magamit yung dough? Pwede po ba yung margarine kung walang available na butter? Nag-aaral palang po kasi akong mag-bake kaya di pa masyadong maalam. Thanks po.

Share lang po, in my experience up and down po heat nya para pantay ang luto. And maglagay po ng baking paper or silicone kasi madali mag brown yung ilalim pag wala 🙂

I just made this and the bread is yummy. I used mozzarella instead of cheddar cheese. I also changed the 1 cup of malunggay leaves to 1 tbsp of thyme.
