Most carpenters especially flooring retire with bad backs and walk with a stoop. Alot of very hard work. As always, you stayed with it and finished another fine job. Looks good.

This how I hope my ceramic tile demos go! A lot of the time you have to demo hammer the entire job and then the backer board is thinsetted to the subfloor.

This is exactly how this one was! It was horrible! I definitely recommend having several big bars for prying up!

If you want to grow your channel, we are going to need some finished results. I just watched you two yank up the old floor, now I want to see the rest. 😁Just a suggestion. God bless you all.

This is from a constructive criticism perspective not being rude. But when doing a demo, take the time to put drop sheets over cabinets and contents, remove the baseboard and reinstall at the new height, and always stagger OSB whether over an existing subfloor or not. Small details will be the difference in repeat clients and referals.
