the type of love she gives is only for the man she loves. like loyalty, respect, honesty are so hard to come by these days and not easily obtained; hence "high priced velvet". velvet, good quality, is high priced and so is her love. its just a metaphor, & her body looks so good that she has everyone else saying they want her but she's saying it's just for her man. hope this helped!
