is this really the case? I took photos at this show but had no idea they didn't perform together often at the time.
@@JustinKent I've seen some flyers for Silver Jews shows from the early 90s online, but apart from a prank performance around '98 I don't know of any other times they shared the stage!

It's fucking criminal Stephen didn't play more with/back up David since David was obviously the songwriter genius and Malk was a great guitarist.
AMERICAN WATER is a great album, as is anything Malkmus contributes to.
Boozed up or not, he came back and played a great show that night. It is sad knowing his struggles with drugs and alcohol in the past though.
