Just wanted to thank you for all the info you shed on the WA mtb scene! Planning to move out there soon, and all your vids will definitely come in super handy. Appreciate it! Keep it up!
I discovered your channel a few months before moving to Sequim (next to PA), your WA trail info has been super handy and entertaining. Hope to catch you out at Dry Hill/Zoo Loops sometime!
I'm gonna have to get back out there and check out the upper trails! Sugar looked sick. Nice riding! Love that place. Also heard that next spring it's getting logged so gotta get some riding in before then.
Great riding. I'm always so impressed with your smoothness, but also how quiet your bike it. I especially notice it when I watch other videos and the bike is rattling or they talk too much, or are sniffling, so distracting. Your vids are a great watch and really motivating to get out. I miss the wetside trails.
I just rode here around the same time you did (after the DH race), but it was super wet and it was still great. They do have shuttles sometimes that are completely worth it.
nice - I would love a longer term Slash+ review from you please? Not many vids out there on ownership views on the bike? Its top of my list currently! I see you have maxxis tyres on there now too...
I'll probably do a long term review once I hit 500 miles. So far, it's the best descending bike and one of my all time favorites (after some changes). I think it's a brilliant bike if you ride a lot by yourself. If you ride with other ebikers and they're full power then you're in for a huge workout. I only care about the downhill and ride a lot by myself so this fits way better than my previous Ahri Timp Peak.
@@MTB_Corbin Coool will look forward to that. How many miles have you done so far? I not sure I wish to jump to a full power ebike, despite not being the lightest rider... cheers from AUS.
Have you explored lookout, anderson, Chuckanut, etc up here in Bellingham? I'm not sure anything can be declared best in state without comparing to what exists up here. But then I'm biased :-). Cool video though, I'll have to get over to the peninsula next summer
Have you considered stopping briefly and engaging people along your ride? You could let them know what you're up to and maybe gain new subscribers. Not to mention trail beta.
Yeah I actually met a father son duo out there! They had some great insights on trail beta. I don’t like to show those clips though because I don’t want people to feel uncomfortable. I typically turn my camera off so we can just chat without the pressure of the internet lol

happy to help! you definitely won't be disappointed riding anywhere here.
Thank you for highlighting trail systems beyond I-90
Thanks for watching!

Thanks for watching! Man you live in a sweet spot out there with the Zoo loops and dry hill. Were they impacted by the bomb cyclone?
@MTB_Corbin I haven't been able to ride since then, but it didn't seem bad in the PA area. Somehow Seattle seemed to have gotten it worse
This looks incredible. I live in Bremerton, will be checking this out. Thanks for the tour!!
It's so rad, you'll have a blast! Take a look at the micro shuttles out there too. I think there's open spots Dec 7th and 8th

I was talking to a local and they were saying something similar, but I don't think it was going to hit it too much... not sure though. Hopefully not!

Thank you! I'm with you, a quiet bike is so nice
Let’s go dude! You looked butter on that double. Def no bumbling down these trails 😉
haha thanks man!
Dude, awesome channel and great video quality, I'm also in Washington, thanks for showing great spots
Thank you for watching!
MTB Corbin - what's the scoop with North Slope post-Bomb Cyclone?
It didn’t get hit nearly as bad as i90. I don’t have full breakdown but it’s much more rideable

My homies did the shuttle event and loved it!
Half the reason I started filming rides was so I didn’t look like too much of a weirdo talking to myself. No shame in keep yourself company 🤷🏼♂️
haha true!
😂

Yo this place is nuts man. I’m so jealous of the PNW.
There's so many sick places in the PNW, it's wild
Hey that text message looks familiar 🤔
Yeah that guy was spittin facts 🫡
You rode a last trail and survived???? 😮
Out here breaking curses 🫡

I have explored most of those areas, some good stuff for sure!
@@MTB_Corbin and you still called this the best place to practice dh. Alright, now I really have to check it out!
