READ THIS!!! Al Stewart's backing band "The Empty Pockets" actually TOOK THE TIME TO REMOVE MY ORIGINAL MUSIC (recently)😡 from all streaming outlets simply because I had an OLD album by the title of "Empty Pockets". This was an album. Not a working band. There was no conflict. My songs had NOTHING to do with Al Stewrat or his backing band....it was ALL MY ORIGINAL MUSIC! My album had sold a total of maybe $100 on CD Baby, not even breaking even from what I payed to have it distributed in 2012.....I repeat 2012. This is THE EXACT OPPOSITE of what music is all about for me. This is NARCISSISTIC by this band, as my tiny little CD would never affect them in any way. $100 over 13 years....and IF THEY ASKED ME NICELY, I would have not only taken it down, but I would have PAID THEM the hundred bucks to go away. It's all about how you treat people. I guess it's the YEAR OF THE RAT! Can U say BOYCOTT?
