I found some Frozen chicken at Walmart called Real Good Chicken. It has 23grams of protein and almost no carbs in it. I'll end up getting the carbs from the rice that I'd pair it with. It's like $7.86 a bag at Walmart. It's not Tyson brand, so this company hires American citizens as opposed to Tyson who hires Illegal occupiers. I could replace the rice with canned corn and have that with Real Good Chicken. I have nearly 16 dinner's worth of chicken in my freezer now.
