Saleem Raza, Madam Noor Jehan, Mehdi Hasan, Naseem Begum, Ahmed Rushdi, Mala, Munir Hussain, and Mujeeb Alam were the top singers of Pakistan.
This particular ever lasting song was from the film Saheli. Whenever I listen to it, I enjoy it as I am listening to it the very first time. I miss them all.
Salem Raza was a great singer. His contribution to music was phenomenal.
The melody, the voice, the attitude all are the very same... and yet we treat each other with distrust.

Also if you check both actors born in India and moved after partition . Possibly both singers too belong to partition India

People say old is gold but I say this is real great golden song from great pairs like koi parwana ither aaye toh koi baat bane ,,, Darpan and Shameem very nice . Raza and Naseem sung so beautifully that made evergreen .
