    This was AWESOME! Very well broken down. A lot of people consider squats to be the best glute exercise but deadlifts, glute bridges, and kickbacks have far more glute activation. Enjoyed this a lot V.

    Girl thank you so much for all your advice, I took care of my knees now for 3 weeks and they are good lol not 100 but like 87 % lol thank you will be killing the booty today I cant wait !!!!! Blessing 💜💜💜

      Not a problem at all!! Hope it helped :)
      For sure take the time to recover and watch that your form is correct.
      Correct form and good weight is always better then (heavy) weight we can't do with bad form.
      Always push yourself, but correct form is crucial :)
