I had an STD once, it hurt so bad that there wasn't anything else I could do other than get tested and get the cure for it. It made me realize that I shouldn't be such a sloppy lover. I've got so many condoms now that I can build a little house out of them with some glue/tape.

I was just thinking about how fake some of my favorite love stories are. The reality is, sex is dangerous! Heck, kissing is dangerous! Forget about the sex part. i’m from kentucky and the sex education in school was just one video about abstinence. school systems and some parents don’t teach kids about stds and other potential problems. that’s why teen pregnancy is on the rise too. sex is for some reason taboo and it’s leaving teenagers and young adults trying to figure stuff out themselves.

If you don't have insurance testing can cost $100 or more.. only free test that are offered are HIV and Syphilis...the others will come with a charge. Poor areas need free testing across the board.

Crystal Quinones That could've been the case some years back but there are clinics that provide free testing, especially if you are a college student. And protecting your self isn't hard to do.
I think it's easier to be careless and make excuses than be responsible.
That's why I get annoyed when individuals act as if they have no idea how they contracted an STD or when an unplanned pregnancy happen. Especially when there are ways to prevent both.
And I'm tired of people using condoms don't work. If I can go 30 years of my life using conventional methods such as condoms. And no baby or any other incidents so can others. I just started using the birth control patch and even with that. There is only a 1% chance of it failing.
The thing is, mistakes do happen. But for people who know they are taking a risk, especially if you have multiple partners and are fine with it. Just own up to the fact you were irresponsible.

Crystal Quinones having healthcare doesn't prevent you from getting an STD. It might help you if have an std to get help for it but it does not prevent it.
Well I kinda get why God says no sex till marriage and people back then married way younger and were more mature to and taught at early ages how to be a wife mother and prepare to be a husband than today's society. I didn't wait.. And I use to think that oh its just rules tryna keep me from expressing my love to my boyfriend. But God says those things to protect us. Not rob us of fun lol if people waited we wouldn't have to worry about abortion we wouldn't have to worry about rape nobody would be doing porn women and men would not be dealing with emotional issues by having their hearts broken or people losing their virginity to those who they will never be with again teen pregnancy and all the pain that comes from relationship issues involving sex with people you find out later who never loved you and may have just used you man or woman. Sex trafficking wouldn't be an issue if we all followed God's word on waiting till marriage the world will not be the way that it is but because people Rebelle and he lets us make our free choices and follow our own free will these are the consequences of that sexually transmitted diseases because you're mixing a whole bunch of different DNA structures which are in are secretions when we have sex..... vaginal fluid sperm.
in the more people that one sleeps with the more they take on those DNA structures into their bodies and they pass them on to someone else and then everything gets mixed up and it creates an STD I just read that when a person has sex that they do carry their DNA inside their reproductive area for a very long time until it diminishes so when you are in a faithful marriage you really do become one with your spouse and you guys take on each other's DNA did you know that the smell of your private area will change if you sleep with someone other than the person that your body becomes used to it's true . you ever heard jokes about people saying they need to smell their significant others private area due to questioning if they were cheating I read an article about a guy who found out that his girlfriend had cheated a day before he had sex with her again because she smelled completely different not every woman's vaginal secretions smell the same we all have different DNA in personal scents to our bodies. Nobody is perfect but be careful guys this stuff is very serious and can cost you your life I pray and hope that everybody finds a faithful spouse that they can enjoy a sexual healthy life with

My friend (who was a virgin) waited to till marriage to have sex with his wife (who was not a virgin). Yes, they had problems and are now divorced. Maybe it failed because she wasn't a virgin, but then again my parents had sex before marriage, and they're still married (argue quite often and some worse than others). Not sure if the arguments count as failure or not.
i think most states have some type of sex Ed but when it boils down to it. its a choice to have sex , you choose whether or not you want to have sex or not. Thats just my opinion.

Even with condom use, Herpes and HPV can be passed with skin to skin contact. Please educate about all the ways it can be transferred. Also, you can get gonorhea or chlamydia of the throats and mouth through oral sex and then pass it to another's genitals via mouth contact.
