emilia and megumim have the same voice actress, girl became pretty popular cause of the voice roles she got. seeing darkness carry kazuma always kills me. hey there's a new anime called summertime render (first episode aired a few days ago), first episode was a banger, if u guys got time, check it out, don't really want to spoil anything but i sure do the love the genre, the animation was awesome, and the eerie atmosphere was fun to watch.
It's funny realizing how Ainz and Tanya have little in common on the outside but are able to bond due to their personalities, whereas Kazuma and Subaru appear to be identical but their personalities are widely different. Despite the horrors he has gone through, Subaru is an honorable and good person whilst Kazuma... is a relatable jerk. It would be amazing if there was a spin-off anime about the various casts visiting each others worlds, since Kazuma's world would be a total paradise compared to the other three group's.

No one Is saying kazuma has it harder than subaru but you guys are underestimating how fked kazumas situation was only becuase it's a comedy. And the only reason why subaru kept surviving and pushing forward is because he always had support. The chick with the blue hair was "almost" always there for him (FFS she was able to convince subaru to not give up even it ended up hurting her), his reason for literally pushing forward was emelia, and even beatrice surprisingly helped him a lot. And if we especially look at s2 we can toss in otto and even the fken witches who gave subaru the push to "ask for help" which sounds stupid but at the same time it was hard to do in his situation. Imagine if aqua, megumin, and darkness was there in s1 of rezero instead of blue hair, emelia, and Beatrice. The goddess would be too stupid to either realize the situation or would barely help at all (Unless she tries to heal subaru before he's fked cause she would be HELLA slow in reviving), darkness would love the situations subaru is put in, and megumin could possibly be adding to subarus death count more than blue hair did. (And im talking about before and after explosion is casted). Just my perspective tho.....
About that, they did a crossover with Konosuba and re zero with the characters swap. In the end, Kazuma actually ditched them all cuz even tho the girls sucked (not as bad as they could’ve been tho), Kazuma couldn’t be arsed to save someone at the risk of his own life/dying a lot so he just moved on lol While I think the side characters and female protag of re zero made it so that Subaru could succeed and develop into a better person, they were also formed by the world they were born into. While the girls in Konosuba had it easy in some way or weren’t punished for their actions so they never really learned their lesson (which Kazuma is victim too as well). Kazuma and the girls eventually step up (and it’s at this point the series changes into a typical isekai show) like Subaru did in re zero.
You do realize that Konosuba being a comedy is what makes Kazuma's situation light in comparison to not just Subaru but many other anime protagonists as well. Kazuma lives in a verse with little to no consequences, the fact that he's not aware of it doesn't change what is. Whether it's getting eaten by giant man eating monsters, unexpected boss fights, nobility disputes or even death itself; Kazuma's story is literally a joke and he lives it as such. Your point about Kazuma's party in Re Zero doesn't help your case about Kazuma, it just points out how Subaru’s has it worse.
