Also add one more point: The move from the zone should break the previous high/low structure i.e impluse should give BOS. This will validate your supply and demand zone i.e your order blocks... :)
High probability order block should have 3 traits : - An impulsive move -Resulting an Imbalance - Creating significant change to the Market structure (BOS/Choch)

Its so frustrating... Can you plz do live trading sessions? I just cant believe it will work on live sessions, though in bar replay it looks so easy and accurate...

Price eventually will fill imbalance zones, some zones are there to trap most SMC traders, institutional traders hunt ur stop losse on normal zones often.. So trading from an extreme zone has a higher probability for sucess
Interesting, that wick that trade lower you did not consider it as B.O.S for me I would have and ultimately took the standard zone and lost the trade. So how do you consider a B.o.S?
This is totally different to how I use them - doji/Ricky candles makes more sense logically as it shows the flat accumulation of buys before the breakout But that is my personal take, perhaps the way you learned has it’s reasons, and may be valid in its own way :)
If u want to trade the retracement of price u can take a trade of that order block, jeafx probably prefers to trade the continuation of the trend and not the retracement/correction .. And u probably would be stopped out of the trade because of the wicks

It depends on what style ur trading.. If ur suitable with 30m or 1H move capture then you should consider that zone.. Bt if u r looking to capture the swings, then u gotta look for HTF zones...

I was taught ob's need to be engulfing candle bodies with minimal wicks and not Dojis ...was i taught wrong?
