What people don’t understand is how much fraud and crime actually happens. It’s not just drug dealing and guns and shit. There’s people making thousands of dollars off the most strange or mundane schemes that nobody would ever think about.

Criminals have a name for members of the public who are 'see something say something' or 'do something' "HEROS" And the minute the neighbors of the property see either a for sale sign, an agent, or even just potential buyers showing up- the homeowner will get a phone call and you'll be sitting there waiting for the police. Plenty other legal and illegal ways to make 10K/day.
You have to open an account at the bank to cash the check though so they have your picture on your fake ID at least. You might as well blowbthe money then go turn yourself in.
