Herzlichen Dank für das Video einer historisch einmaligen Beerdigungs-Prozession wie es Europa seit fast einem Jahrhundert nicht mehr erlebt hat. Ich bin zutiefst berührt von einer royalen Feierlichkeit und der immensen Teilnahme der Offiziellen des Volkes. Oesterreich ist im Herzen eben doch eine Monarchie geblieben. R.I.P. @Nachcotta Indeed! Austria exists because of the Habsburgs! Vienna was the great cultural capital it was because of the Habsburgs, and it continues to be so because they created the conditions.
It was gratifying to see the Republic of Austria recognized this great man in spite of a certain paranoia regarding the Habsburgs. The leading figures of the republic were present in the cathedral and the modern army marched. Also, it was gratifying to see the historic uniforms and the old regimental flags and the flags of provinces etc and the dear Tyroleans. The only royal houses present were Sweden and Luxemburg, and that is to their credit. Shame on the others!
Ziemlich viel Aufwand, wenn man bedenkt, dass Herr Dr. Habsburg nicht einmal Alterspräsident des österreichischen sondern nur des europäischen Parlaments war.

Weil er halt der inoffizielle Kaiser von Österreich und der inoffizielle apostolische König von Ungarn war.
schritt is gut aber nicht perfekt ! da schlafen ein paar bzw ham kein bock auf das in der einteilung !
