I just watched the end again after I saw this comment. I don't know how I missed that! 🤦♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣 I most certainly mixed those up. Lmao The truth is they are both good. The Granny Smith hold up better and have better flavor over time. And the texture is better, too. The honeycrisp, although much sweeter, doesn't hold up as well. I remember after a few days, they just became mushy and dense with less flavor. The Granny Smith dry out quicker, but retain more of their initial flavor and texture after a few days. I will still pick Granny Smith because they perform better.
