    Just once in a while you hear a performance that makes listen to a work you know well in a completely different way. This is that sort of recording. The lightness of touch in the first movement. The way he takes Beethoven at his word and really plays the second movement as Adagio Molto and the explosion of notes at the Prestissimo section ofthe third movement. His adherence to the dynamic markings, the poetry he conveys. There isn't another performance like this one.
